​​I come from a long line of strong women who sacrificed their well-being to care for everyone else. Growing up, I saw firsthand how self-care was treated as a luxury, something to squeeze in, if at all. But I’ve learned it’s not a luxury. It’s essential. ​As a therapist, I saw too many women breaking under the weight of impossible expectations, holding everything together while falling apart inside. I created Careful Heart Co. for them.

We create handcrafted, high-quality self-care products designed to transform everyday routines into grounding, restorative moments. Our mission is to empower women especially those constantly giving, to prevent burnout, prioritize themselves, and find peace in the midst of chaos.

Why Careful Heart Exists
Careful Heart is my love letter to the women who carry it all.
