Launched in 2020 by licensed therapist Candace Walls, Careful Heart Company LLC is headquartered in Sacramento, CA. We exist to help busy women prioritize self-care with intention and ease. Drawing on Candace’s more than eight years in mental health, Careful Heart merges therapeutic insight with handcrafted self-care rituals.

Therapist Led Self-Care Experiences – In our private studio guests enjoy intimate, 60‑minute sessions (e.g., body butter, body polish, or body oil creation), complete with ingredient education, scent customization, curated playlists, and mindful conversations.
