*Punctuality: Our workshops start promptly to ensure you have the most enjoyable experience. A 10-minute grace period is offered to accommodate any unforeseen delays. *Transfers and Rescheduling: Workshops cannot be canceled but can be transferred to another date. To transfer or reschedule your workshop, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled workshop. *Food Policy: No outside food is allowed unless otherwise authorized by Careful Heart Company staff. *Sales Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
