Here at Careful Heart Co our policy is the care and wellbeing of our customers and clients. We aim to support, motivate and encourage all people to focus on the needs of the spirit, soul and the knowledge of self. Our overall goal is to increase the process in which people care for themselves and increase their wellbeing.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of order placement and payment received. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
All Orders are currently shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS) and are typically received within 2-7 business days from the date of shipment. We currently only ship within the United States. *Shipping times may increase with USPS during Peak/Holiday Season.
Before completing your order, please verify that you have correctly entered your shipping address. Careful Heart Co will not be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to incorrect input during the order checkout process. Please verify that all shipping and order information is correct.
Careful heart Co makes every effort to protect your orders from damage during shipping. Once your order leaves us, they are at the mercy of the postal carrier. Any damage that is incurred during shipping must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Packages Lost and/or stolen while in the possession of postal carrier should be reported immediately. You will need to contact the carrier directly to complete/ file a claim using all of the tracking information provided to you in your shipment confirmation email. Careful Heart Co will not be held responsible for Lost or Stolen Packages.
